Thank you for shopping with Elite Pulls TCG. Please review our returns and refunds policy below. Elite Pulls TCG is a UK-based business and these policies apply to customers worldwide.

Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any return request after reviewing the item once received.
Please note that business-to-business (B2B) purchases, or transactions made by individuals acting on behalf of a business, are exempt from consumer cooling-off regulations. The 14-day cancellation period does not apply to business customers.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of Pokémon TCG products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened or unsealed booster packs or booster boxes
Products with broken or tampered seals
Items showing signs of use, tampering, or alteration
Products damaged after delivery
Mystery products (including Mystery Boxes and Mystery Packs)
Single card items
Change-of-mind returns on sealed trading card products
Once a sealed Pokémon TCG product has left our possession, we cannot accept returns where the seal has been compromised, as the contents can no longer be guaranteed.
Price changes, market fluctuations, or changes in product value do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Eligible Returns
Returns may be considered in the following circumstances:
Items that arrive damaged
Items that are incorrect (wrong product sent)
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused
Unopened
In their original packaging
In the same condition as when sold
All returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Reporting an Issue
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email us with:
Your order number or proof of purchase
Clear photos of the item(s)
Photos of the outer shipping packaging
Our customer service team will confirm whether your order is eligible for a return or replacement and provide further instructions if applicable.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
A refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe
Alternatively, we may offer compensation via a store credit or discount, which you are not obligated to accept
We reserve the right to reject any refund request following inspection of the returned item.
Partial refunds may be granted where applicable, including items not returned in their original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item. Elite Pulls TCG cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Important Notice
Pokémon TCG products are collectible items, not toys. Variations in print quality, centring, packaging condition, or factory sealing are considered normal and are not classified as defects.

• Booster boxes: £4.99 shipping
• FREE UK shipping on orders over £49.99
• All UK orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays)

International Shipping 🌍

• Shipping to the USA up to 2kg £14.99

Dispatch & Delivery 📦

• All orders are securely packed to protect collectible Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products
• Dispatch times are typically within 24 hours of payment confirmation
• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination and courier
• Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or international transit issues

Customs, Duties & Taxes 🌐

Shipping to the USA (via Royal Mail)

We ship to all 50 US States via Royal Mail International, which hands over to USPS for final delivery.

• Delivery Time: Usually 7–14 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
• Import Taxes & Duties: As of late 2025, the USA has removed the $800 duty-free limit. All commercial orders entering the USA from the UK are now subject to import duties and processing fees.
• What to Expect: * Your order is shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
• You may be contacted by USPS or US Customs to pay a duty fee before your parcel is delivered.
• For postal shipments (Royal Mail/USPS), US Customs currently applies a flat-rate duty (usually starting around $80) for many items to cover the new tariff regulations.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order ships, which can be tracked on both the Royal Mail and USPS websites.

• Note: These fees are mandatory US government charges and are the responsibility of the buyer. If a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties, we will refund the item cost minus the original shipping fees.
