All UK orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays)

All orders are securely packed to protect collectible Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products
Dispatch times are typically within 24 hours of payment confirmation
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination and courier
Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or international transit issues

We ship to all 50 US States via Royal Mail International, which hands over to USPS for final delivery.

Delivery Time: Usually 7–14 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
Import Taxes & Duties: As of late 2025, the USA has removed the $800 duty-free limit. All commercial orders entering the USA from the UK are now subject to import duties and processing fees.
What to Expect: * Your order is shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
You may be contacted by USPS or US Customs to pay a duty fee before your parcel is delivered.
For postal shipments (Royal Mail/USPS), US Customs currently applies a flat-rate duty (usually starting around $80) for many items to cover the new tariff regulations.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order ships, which can be tracked on both the Royal Mail and USPS websites.
Note: These fees are mandatory US government charges and are the responsibility of the buyer. If a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties, we will refund the item cost minus the original shipping fees.
